You may be aware that Greaves is an ISO 9001:2000 certified Company for its Secretarial & Investor Services.
It has always been the endeavour of Greaves to provide qualitative service to its Investors.
Now, I am pleased to inform you of launching an online web based service named
, for the benefit of the Members of the Company. The access to this service
will be available to all the Members of the Company, free of cost.
The above initiative of Greaves will facilitate the Members in accessing directly, the information
relating to their shareholding, dividend entitlements and also the data maintained
by the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA) relating to their shareholding. This, inter-alia, will also
provide the latest status of the complaints, if any, made by the Members
and the requests made for transmission of shares, issue of duplicate share
certificates, change of address, etc. without having to wait for the response from
the Company's RTA.
Members can also receive, at their registered e-mail ID, corporate announcements made
by the Company from time to time viz. financial results, dividends, etc.
The Members may note that the objective of this service is only to provide a quick
update of various information. However, a written communication need to be addressed to the RTA (in case of shareholding in physical form) for giving effect to the change of address, issue of duplicate
share certificates, dividend mandate, etc.
and fulfillment of such other requirement, as may be necessary in specific cases.
